The importance of real estate is not purely based on its affordability. Emphasis must also be placed on its location and suitability to one’s lifestyle. It must be conveniently situated to encourage family bonding and togetherness and should never make anyone feel from being detached from the world. Freedom of movement and security must also be considered.
