Economics is the basis for real estate, for it all started when we decided to settle down and stay put. We began with a world in harmony but when harder times fell, people started fighting for scarce resources such as grazing land for animals and for crops. from the ruins of the ancient world, we see walls that are meant to designate boundaries of land from one family/clan to the other. Some of these walls exist to this day, reminding us of the roots of real estate.
